I've...This is my ABSOLUTE favorite holiday recipe. I've been making it for years, and I call it Poor Man's Toffee. I like it better than real English toffee. I got the recipe from a friend's mom back in college, and everyone I know requests it every year. <BR/><BR/>I do a few things differently, and I've never had a problem with it. My recipe calls for one layer of crackers on a cookie sheet, but I use twice as much butter and brown sugar (2 cubes of butter and 1 cup brown sugar). I also use 12 oz of choc chips (semi sweet) and 1 cup chopped walnuts.<BR/><BR/>I spray my foil w/ Pam first, and boil for exactly 3 minutes.<BR/><BR/>It's SO yummy!
