We tried the garlicky limey chicken pasta, which we loved.

Then we tried this bourbon chicken. Delicious! We loved how it was so spicy (we like heat!), yet sweet at the same time. We didn't have any veggies on hand, so we just had the chicken and rice--next time, I'd definitely want to make it with broccoli like you suggested. Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipes!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04838246429529148138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20362921741327079.post-14014854007278506432007-09-06T22:52:00.000-04:002007-09-06T22:52:00.000-04:00Hi Amber!I am becoming a regular reader, and I lik...Hi Amber!

I am becoming a regular reader, and I like your recipes! As for the apple juice, you could use it as follows:

Saute one sliced apple in a skillet with apple butter, cinnamon and apple juice. Serve atop vanilla ice cream and top with pecans!

Looking forward to more goodies :)
LeslieLesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08042405946803918471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20362921741327079.post-51893744406777797092007-08-25T13:38:00.000-04:002007-08-25T13:38:00.000-04:00That looks very good. That way, I don't have as much wasted juice.

This chicken looks so good!Deborahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11741861711308777389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20362921741327079.post-52990736023421018452007-08-21T23:40:00.000-04:002007-08-21T23:40:00.000-04:00I love bourbon chicken, but have never made it, I ...I love bourbon chicken, but have never made it, I will have to try it!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07886122441080057827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20362921741327079.post-48751954866346519932007-08-21T21:38:00.000-04:002007-08-21T21:38:00.000-04:00Mmmm, this looks really tasty!!
