Easy Dinner

My husband and I just returned today from our weekend away. I had barely any ingredients in the house but knew that I needed to make something for dinner. I always have yeast and flour in the house so I decided to whip up some pizza dough and found some chicken breasts in the fridge that I marinated in BBQ sauce for use Friday night that never got used. I grilled them up and topped a pizza with them.

BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza
(Source: Ambers Delectable Delights)

Ingredients:
1 pizza crust
1/3 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 large or 2 small boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and cut in strips)
6-8 slices bacon (cut into bite size pieces)
1 - 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: handful of sliced onions

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out pizza crust onto stone or pizza sheet and prebake crust until light golden brown.
2) Remove prebaked crust from oven and add sauce, chicken, bacon, onion (if desired), and cheese.
3) Return pizza to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Once cheese has melted turn on the broiler and broil pizza until the cheese is light golden brown.
