Oops another bread

I guess all that I have been posting lately is bread. I have actually been making dinner but the stuff I am making is already in my blog or it is just to late and dark outside to try to take pictures. Other than that I do not really have much to say. I was desperate to cook or bake something and this is all that I came up with. It is very quick and easy to make and worth every second. It is a great Fall treat.

Pumpkin Bread

(Source: Unknown)

1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup water
3/4 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Grease bottom of 1 loaf pan
3) Measure all ingredients into a bowl
4) Beat by hand or electric mixer for 1 minute
5) Pour into pan
6)Bake for 55 to 65 minutes
