Pizza Pizza

I do not know what it was but the pizza I made tonight was so good. It was just a basic pepperoni and cheese pizza but it was probably one of the best I have ever made. Enough typing, on with the pictures.

Speaking of the pictures, I apologize, they look horrible. The lighting was just way off or my camera did not like me tonight.

I do not think it is necessary to write step for step how to make a pepperoni pizza but here is what I do to ensure I have a wonderful homemade pizza.

- I make it on a stone. The stone helps make the crust nice and crisp.
- Once the dough is formed into the desired shape I sprinkle it with Penzey's pasta sprinkle, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese and bake it at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Top with sauce, desired toppings, and cheese and bake for an additional 7 minutes to melt the cheese. Once the cheese is all melted turn on the broiler and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
